- Step 1: Select your products
- Step 2: Select your nearest Hilti Store for pick up and check stock availability
- Step 3: Pick up your products during store opening hours
- Available in 2 Hilti Stores across New Zealand
No charge for click & collect orders and orders marked "ship to Hilti Store for collection."
Standard Delivery
- Order before 4:00 pm via our Customer Services or www.hilti.co.nz
- Next working day delivery within Metro Areas
- Larger orders (0.125 cbm) may take an additional 24-48 hours
- 2 to 3 working days for rural areas
- Delivery from Monday to Friday
- Delivered by 5:00pm
Delivery charge:
- Free delivery for all online orders over $300, otherwise $15 per order.
- $20 for all orders placed via Customer Service or Account Manager.
Express Same Day Delivery
- Order before 1:00pm via our Customer Services
- Same day delivery within Auckland and Christchurch
- Delivery from Monday to Friday
- Delivered by 5:00pm

Dangerous Goods
- Order before 4:00pm* via our Customer Services or www.hilti.co.nz
- 1 to 3 working days
- Delivery from Monday to Friday
- Delivered by 5:00pm
Delivery charge:
- Free delivery for all online orders over $300, otherwise $15 per order.

Above 50 kg and below 200 kg:
- Standard and Dangerous Goods delivery will cost $40
- Express Same Day delivery will cost $90
Above 200 kg:
- Standard and Dangerous Goods delivery will cost $100
- Express Same Day delivery will cost $200
Tool Services Delivery
Repair Pick Up & Delivery
- Book your repair before 3:00pm via our Customer Services or www.hilti.co.nz
- After clicking the booking link, collection will be by the end of the next working day
- 5 days delivery of repaired tool*
- Delivery from Monday to Friday
- Delivered by 5:00pm
Delivery charge:
- FREE pick-up
- FREE delivery if within 2 years warranty, otherwise $20 for delivery

- Drop your tool at one of the 2 Hilti Stores
- Pick-up your repaired tool after 5 working days*
