What are dangerous goods?

Dangerous goods in the New Zealand require specialist transport as per the Land Transport Rule: Dangerous Goods 2005 and may therefore take an extra day or two in transit.

What to consider when booking in a repair?

5 days or it's free - Hilti tool service

We recommend that you remove all the above items when sending a tool back for repair as per Land Transport Rule: Dangerous Goods 2005 dangerous goods paperwork is required. If you cannot remove these items please make contact with our customer service team and we will provide correct documentation.

If you do not remove dangerous goods from your repair, we can't guarantee a 5 day turnaround.
