Standard Delivery

• Order by 3:00 PM (Central Warehouse) or 2:00 PM (Auckland and Christchurch stores) via Customer Services or www.hilti.co.nz 
• Next working day delivery within Auckland & Christchurch metro areas.
• Larger orders (0.125 cbm or above) may take an additional 24–48 hours.
• Allow additional 2–3 working days for rural deliveries.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, by 5:00 PM

• Up to 15 kg -  $30
• Over 15 kg to 50 kg -  $50
• Over 50 kg to 200 kg - $85

Express Same Day Delivery

• Order before 1:00pm via our Customer Services
• Same day delivery within Auckland and Christchurch
• Delivery from Monday to Friday
• Delivered by 5:00pm

• Step 1: Select your products
• Step 2: Select your nearest Hilti Store for pick up and check stock availability
• Step 3: Pick up your products during store opening hours
• Available in 2 Hilti Stores across New Zealand

Dangerous Goods

Repair Pick Up & Delivery

• Book your repair before 3:00pm via our Customer Services or www.hilti.co.nz
• After clicking the booking link, collection will be by the end of the next working day
• 5 days delivery of repaired tool*
• Delivery from Monday to Friday
• Delivered by 5:00pm

Delivery charge:

Free delivery within the 2-year warranty. 15$ for online repair bookings outside warranty, $30 with Hilti Team assistance.
