Delivery of Dangerous Goods

Delivery of Long Goods
For orders of 6m channels or other long goods, please contact Customer Service to discuss your requirements and receive a personalized delivery quote.
Our team will ensure safe and timely handling for your oversized orders.
Self Collection from Auckland Warehouse
We now offer self-collection from our Auckland warehouse for selected orders.
Orders placed today will be ready for collection next working day between 7:30am–11:00am.
Tool Services Delivery
Repair Pick Up & Delivery
Book your repair before 3:00 PM via Customer Services or www.hilti.co.nz. After booking, your tool will be collected by the end of the next working day. Repaired tools are delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Friday, by 5:00 PM.
Delivery Charges:
Free within the 2-year warranty
$15 for online repair bookings outside warranty
$35 with Hilti Team assistance
