Standard Delivery

Order by 3:00 PM (Central Warehouse) or 2:00 PM (Auckland & Christchurch stores) via Customer Services or online for next working day delivery within metro areas.

  • Auckland & Christchurch metro: Next working day delivery

  • Larger orders (≥0.125 cbm): Additional 24–48 hours

  • Rural areas: Allow an extra 2–3 working days

  • Delivery window: Monday to Friday, by 5:00 PM

Express Same Day Delivery

Order before 11.00 AM via Customer Services or Hilti Online for same day delivery within Auckland and Christchurch.

Coverage: Auckland & Christchurch metro areas Delivery window: Monday to Friday, by 5:00 PM

  • 15–50 kg – $90

Tool Services Delivery

Repair Pick Up & Delivery

Book your repair before 3:00 PM via Customer Services or www.hilti.co.nz. After booking, your tool will be collected by the end of the next working day. Repaired tools are delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Friday, by 5:00 PM.

Delivery Charges:

  • Free within the 2-year warranty

  • $15 for online repair bookings outside warranty

  • $35 with Hilti Team assistance
