Step 1

Initial consultation and analysis

Implementing a new asset management solution can be a major decision for some companies and Hilti is here to support you throughout the entire process and beyond. We start by conducting a comprehensive analysis of your business processes and existing equipment. 

Step 2

Tailor the system to fit your needs

You decide which employees should be authorised to register and process equipment and certificates in the system. Our software team will work with you to customise your ON!Track account to meet your individual business needs.

Step 3


The Hilti implementation team helps you tag all your equipment with a range of barcoded tags built for the construction industry. Once all your assets are tagged, we'll get them registered to your account.

Step 4

Training and support

Hilti Service Specialists will support you with a comprehensive training session to get you and your employees up to speed on all the different functions and features. Our support doesn’t end there; we're available to answer any questions you may have along the way. Just contact the ON!Track support center or request an in-person visit.
