A contractor on my project has installed cast-in concrete panel starter bars in the wrong locations. We now need to rectify this issue by cutting down the cast-in starters and post-installing starter bars into our ground beams. Tension loads are quite significant (310kN, spread over two starters) which leads to both the technical guidance documents and Hilti Profis software not being sufficient for design. I am hoping we can discuss this issue and together and develop a solution. Note this is an urgent issue and I would greatly appreciate a response ASAP.
