Minimum edge distance to bottom plates in residential construction
For residential construction what is the minimum concrete edge distance for anchors? Do you have a standard design to meet requirements of NZS3604? We require 25mm overhang of the bottom plate due to H1 (insulation) requirements due to slab edge insulation.
