Increased recommended tensile and shear loadings for Hilti HSC-1 concrete anchors in 40MPa concrete

On page 689 of Hilti Anchor fastening technology manual version 2023, for Hilti HSC-I Concrete Anchors, lists recommended tensile and shear loadings based on 25MPa concrete. On this project the concrete has a tensile strength of 40MPa. Can the recommended tensile and shear loadings for Hilti HSC-I Concrete Anchors be increased, and if so, by how much? In one on-site scenario, we have a 10.9 kN tensile load with a shear loading of 2.5kN on the concrete anchor. On the other on-site scenario, we have a 8.5 kN tensile load with a shear loading of 2.5kN on the concrete anchor.
