I am looking for an Injectable Anchor System that has a High Heat Resistance, Upwards of 300°, Does Hilti have an Adhesive system that could potential meet my needs? My Anchors will be set in Reinforced Concrete that is in really bad shape, Due to High Pressure Steam.

Thanks for your question.
I believe one of our Field Engineers has been in touch, but the maximum allowable in-service temperature of an Injectable Anchor System is 120 Celsius in short term for HIT-HY 200-R V3.
For HIT-RE 500 V4 chemical anchor, the maximum allowable in-service temperature is 75 Celsius.
In the case of rebar connection, the maximum allowable in-service temperature for HIT-RE 500 V4 is 80 Celsius.
However, we can provide rebar design considering fire exposure on a concrete surface with a maximum temperature of 305 Celsius. The design will be based on a maximum 4 hours fire rating with the concrete cover as governing design parameter.
