When applying the load type "fatigue design" on the HILTI PROFIS software I get the message "There is no anchor available for this kind of application.". What conditions need to be met for this loading type to have solutions? I have attached the scenario I am talking about.

I could not download your file to open it on Profis Engineering, unfortunately. One of our Field Engineers will contact you to understand better the issue that you are experiencing.
However, as a general comment, the EN1992-4 (Eurocode 2 Part 4) has some layout limitations for the design of the baseplate and does not cover applications where the anchors are subjected to a shear force with lever arm (grout packing may create that, i.e.), and annular gaps are not allowed for fatigue design.
Our Field Engineer will be able to provide more specific support to your case.
