We understand that some of the biggest challenges for diamond drilling onsite are related to equipment handling, water management and high cost.

So we set out to make diamond drilling as easy as possible with innovative new products and a complete Fleet Management solution including Hilti tools, core bits as well as training and onsite support.

We’ve connected our water management system to our diamond drilling systems and autofeed units via Bluetooth® creating a self-optimizing local equipment network. The entire system is controlled and monitored over the digital displays of the drilling tools.

Easy as 1, 2, 3

Diamond drilling can be cumbersome. From finding a water source, transporting it to the coring location and managing the flow of water, to fitting the core bit and cleaning up the slurry after drilling - it's a lengthy process.
Our full solution is designed to take all this hassle out of diamond drilling. You can easily position the equipment, anchor the rig and insert the core bit. Combined with our water management system, your water supply and slurry collection is all taken care of.

The Bluetooth® network of DD 150-U or DD 250-CA and WMS 100 will noticeably increase the number of holes you can drill with a single fill of the tank and will maximize filter lifetime. You will be instantly notified about any change in the status of your water management system over the screen of your DD 150-U or DD 250-CA. Missing filter bags and depleting water levels will not lead to any headache anymore.

1/ Anchor the diamond drilling stand and set up the tool

Set up your rig in the coring location, place the water collector ring and connect the DD-WMS 100 hose for virtually splatter-free coring! With our quick connect chuck on the core bits, you're up and running in no time. The DD-WMS 100 can be filled with up to 15 litres of water and easily wheeled to your work area. The filter system cleans and recycles water as you drill transforming the 15 liters fill volume into 100 liters of water supply allowing you to core all day without needing a refill. No more running long hose pipes, hosting large containers or scaling the stairs.

2/ Connect the diamond drilling system via Bluetooth®

Establish Bluetooth® connection between the DD-WMS 100 and the DD 150-U or DD 250-CA. The display of the diamond drill indicates the status of the filter as well as the water level of the WMS. You immediately know if the filter bag is missing or if there is to little or even to much water. Bluetooth® connectivity increases capacity of the water tank as well as the filter.

3/ Core all day long

When tool and water management system are connected, the pump only runs as long as the motor is running. Now that you are all set, you can core all day without the need to refill the water source. In addition, the water collector helps you to keep your work area clean of dust and slurry splatter, so there's no need for clean-up later.

When it comes to the DD 250-CA, you already expect powerful performance and an unmatched application range. But we wanted to make your concrete coring tasks even easier. For ultimate productivity add the new DD AF-CA H autofeed unit to your Bluetooth-connected, self-optimizing system and benefit from features such as automatic hole starting, depth tracking and break through detection. You can monitor progress over the digital display of the drilling tool while carrying out other tasks.

For the highly versatile DD 150-U, which can be used for handheld or rig-based coring, add the DD AF-CA L autofeed unit to enjoy the same productivity benefits of assisted drilling that you see with the DD 250-CA.
