Standard Delivery

• Order before 4:00 pm via our Customer Services or www.hilti.co.nz 
• Next working day delivery within Metro Areas 
• Larger orders (0.125 cbm) may take an additional 24-48 hours
• 2 to 3 working days for rural areas
• Delivery from Monday to Friday
• Delivered by 5:00pm

Delivery charge:

• $10.50 for all orders placed online.
• $12 for all orders placed via Customer Service or Account Manager. 

Dangerous Goods Delivery

• Order before 4:00pm* via our Customer Services or www.hilti.co.nz
• 1 to 3 working days 
• Delivery from Monday to Friday
• Delivered by 5:00pm

Delivery charge:

• $10.50 for all orders placed online.
• $12 for all orders placed via Customer Service or Account Manager.

Express Same Day Delivery

• Order before 1:00pm via our Customer Services
• Same day delivery within Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch
• Delivery from Monday to Friday
• Delivered by 5:00pm

• Place your order on www.hilti.co.nz
• Step 1: Select your products
• Step 2: Select your nearest Hilti Store for pick up and check stock availability
• Step 3: Pick up your products during store opening hours
• Available in 3 Hilti Stores across New Zealand

No charge for click & collect orders. $12 charge for "ship to Hilti Store" orders

Repair Pick-up & Delivery

• Book your repair before 3:00pm via our Customer Services or www.hilti.co.nz
• After clicking the booking link, collection will be by the end of the next working day
• 5 days delivery of repaired tool*
• Delivery from Monday to Friday
• Delivered by 5:00pm

Delivery charge:

• FREE pick-up
• FREE delivery if within 2 years warranty, otherwise $12 for delivery

• Drop your tool at one of the 3 Hilti Stores
