Coronavirus Update

We hope you and your families are safe and well in these unprecedented times. 

In the uncertainty we are facing over COVID-19, we would like to inform you as to how we are handling this ever-evolving situation and how we can best support our customers and business partners. 

Firstly, safety and wellbeing are paramount! Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our employees, our families and that of our customers. 

As the country moves into Alert level 4 tomorrow, Hilti New Zealand teams are working from home under the social distancing guidelines of the government, but we remain open remotely through our customer services and digital channels. Account Managers and Field Engineers are also available via phone or email. Our Hilti Stores and our Tool Service Center are closed. No repairs can be processed at this time. Collection of returns can still be managed through Customer Service. 

For the immediate future, our logistics and warehouse provider fall under the category of “essential service”, therefore we can do our part to support in supplying to essential services. 

We will keep you informed regarding the status of our supply chain as needed and communicate any critical supply issues as soon as they are identified.

If we look out for each other, we can endure these challenges over the coming weeks and months and return as a stronger, more caring industry and country.
