The first ever ETA approval was given to our Hilti HST stud anchor

Back in 1998, the HST metal expansion anchor was the first anchor ever issued with an ETA approval for cracked concrete. The latest HST3 builds on the success of the Hilti HST and now offers even higher resistance values. HST3 meets the most challenging design requirements with ease, such as smallest edge and spacing distances, thanks to its optimised coating, innovative sleeve geometry and premium bolt material.

The Hilti HUS3-H 14 screw anchor is reusable up to 100 times in fresh concrete

This adjustable screw increases productivity through less drilling and fewer operations than with conventional anchors alongside three embedment depths for maximum design flexibility. Not only this, but the HUS3-H 14’s friend, the HUS3-H 10 screw anchor, is reusable up to 40 times in fresh concrete, with the whole system being covered by DiBt approval. What’s more, the HUS3 portfolio is now ETA approved for no hole cleaning required to set the anchor. This significantly increases the speed of the screw anchor installation and minimises the exposure of harmful dust to the worker.

Hilti’s HY170 universal resin doesn’t always require hole cleaning

When your anchor hole is drilled with a Hilti TE-CD or TE-YD hollow drill bit and a Hilti vacuum cleaner, you don’t need to manually clean the hole before you set your HY170 chemical anchor. This resin, developed over 8 years ago (very ahead of its time) has no styrene which means you can safely and easily get rid of the spent tubes in the standard waste disposal, rather than specialised disposals, contributing to our sustainability values.
