HILTI’S RECOGNITION SHOWCASES OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
Here at Hilti, our team are driven to make a difference. This manifests in a number of different ways, and runs through the veins of the entire company, so it's a great feeling when we get recognised for the effort we put in and the work we do. From management to design to customer service, Hilti has been honoured with a range of different awards that reflect our values as a company and our desire to continually improve.
It starts from the top
A big part of the Hilti ethos is creating a great place to work, and that starts from the very top with management, the hiring process and ensuring every employee has the tools they need to do their very best work. We firmly believe that if our staff are empowered and happy, this will translate through to their interactions with customers and the work that they produce. The company has been recognised with the Aon Hewitt Best Employer title for the five years running between 2011 and 2016. This is based on a number of factors, but perhaps most importantly employee engagement. Our staff are switched on and plugged into the industry, so you always know that you're dealing with the best when you get in touch with our sales team or service department.
When describing this award, Hilti Australia's then Managing Director, Jan Pacas, reinforced that "Hilti's staff are our most valuable asset and we employ the best and brightest in the industry. A benchmark for service
While the products that we create are integral to Hilti, there's an entire other process that goes hand in hand, covering everything from maintenance to fleet management. All of these disparate elements need to work together to make the process as smooth as possible. It's therefore great to see awards be given to different departments based solely on their individual merit.
For example, we were recently recognised as the 2015 NSW Winner for Service Excellence in a Contact Centre (under 100 employees). Another accolade worthy of mention is the Kennards Supplier of the Year award, which we won in 2013 and 2015, and means even more coming from one of our preferred hire partners
Finally, we’re also very proud of awards that recognise our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion. These values are a key part of the Hilti way, and awards from the RTAA (Rail Track Association Australia) and NAWIC (The National Association of Women in Construction) reflect that.
